Anant Yardi founds Yardi Systems in Santa Barbara, building property accounting software for commercial real estate.
Acquisitions in payments and affordable housing software broaden the platform's reach across real estate.
We release Voyager SaaS and private cloud solutions, our first full Software-as-a-Service platform.
Yardi joins the inaugural Cloud 100, a ranking it holds every year through 2024.
Launch of Yardi Kube, our entry into coworking and shared workspace management.
Partnership with WeWork on hybrid workplace software and launch of CoworkingCafe.com for flex space search and bookings.
Acquisition of Deskpass and Hubble expands Yardi's global flexible workspace network.
