When he's not assisting a reporter with a story — whether from a local newspaper or a national brand like Axios or USA Today — he puts his certifications as a nutritionist and personal trainer to work, running his own brand, lifting weights in the gym, doing cardio or prepping meals in the kitchen. A storyteller at heart, he's craving quality movies, shows, and books.
